Sorry to hear about your experience, I wont be going back anytime soon.Don't feel too bad, my ToyotaCare experience was one damaged air filter (destroyed, left a flap hanging out), one time they said they changed the oil but did not. Tried to dance there way out of "you didn't need it". I said look at the page in the book. And twice they significantly over-filled - by like a quart.
I agree its not worth the trouble. Not sure why I kept going. I was happy when the warranty ran out.
