Its an AW spec and can be purchased at almost any dealer(since aisinwarner shipps transmissions to most automakers).
If you don't want to pay the dealer, find a Mobil distributor in your yellow pages. Ask for a case of the 3309 ATF.

Stealership charges $5.00/qt including tax around here for the Genuine Toyota T-IV fluid.
If I wanted an upgrade, I would pay the extra $2.50/qt for Amsoil Universal ATF. Molakule's fluid is also very good, but it will cost you 2x what the Genuine Toyota T-IV will cost you.
