Great choice, and good timing. You can max out that Valvoline rebate with that purchase. I did the same. Got enough for 4 OCIs for our two vehicles before the end of the rebate. (Although they likely will have another one.) Will re-evaluate things after the 4 OCIs, but after I use up the rest of the on sale stash, probably will go back to VRP.

Waiting on the rebate now based off of your advice, they sent $20 already, hoping to cash in on the last $10.

Yeah I had to remind them once on an order that it was for more than one jug, and they sent the rest in a few days. But it was just a simple text back to them, so it was as easy as it could be. Very pleased with the Valvoline rebate customer service. Can't beat texting a photo in and getting cash back (via Venmo).

On the other hand with M1, they gave me a virtual debit card that can only be used at a gas station. The worst.
