Torque Wrench Comparison Test

I went through three 10 dollar 1/2 torque wrenches, all from Taiwan, all off by as much as 20%. I got fed up, wasted a bunch of time rotating my dads tires, and purchased this: https://www.tooldiscounter.com/prod...t-beam-torque-wrench-40-250-ft-lb-prec3fr250f

Oddly enough, I also bought a spare $10 3/8 from taiwan, and it was spot on, all through the range..

They supply to SO. I have the 3/8 and love the durability and not having to store at lowest setting. Buy once and forget it. No way I would spend money on ICON when you can get USA made for around the same price! 🇺🇸

I've been needing a good 1/2" torque wrench; might have to give that one a try.

New Project Farm torque wrench test.

Snap-On, Wera, Proto, SK and ICON (Harbor Freight) were the top 5 most accurate after 1,050 cycles.
