Does anyone make a torque screwdriver to accurately screw in fasteners to proper torque? I have had a few people at Sears ask recently. I know one could do it with bits and a socket, but there may not be room.

yes, most common place I've seen them is at the sporting goods stores, they sell them with the rifle scope mounting kits.
