The Norbar professional are top shelf torque tools but there are many others equally as good.

If you're just going to use it for wheel lugs where precise torque and accuracy isn't important, get a split beam torque wrench as they are more robust. The HF Icon one is nice and so is the ones made by Olsa Tools and Tekton.
