Has anybody used or have any feedback about Torco Differential oils(RGO/SGO). I'm finally doing a gear swap on my truck and was thinking about using the Torco SGO in my diffs. How does it compare to others like Redline Shockproof(Heavy/Lightweight), Amsoil, RP, etc. Any info is appreciated.

I used to really like their products. Lately it seems that they may have gone downhill.

I put some 75w90 SGO in my Jeeps axles. About 50K later they began to foam oil out of the vents. No reason why. I had not been in any rivers so I don't think water go in em.

I changed the fluid out and the foaming stopped.

50k is 20k more then I would put on any gear oil(3 years max time wise).

You don't have to drive in a river to get moisture in a diff. A used oil analysis would've been interesting.

I've never had a problem with ANY Torco products that I've used or installed.

Would you recommend the SGO over, say, Redline Shockproof, RP, Amsoil, etc. I'm looking for the best protection for the diff and am not too worried about oil change intervals. Actually, every 3 years is much better than I expected from a Synthetic Diff oil.
