The reality is Honda doesn't manufacture coolants or motor oils - they solicit bids from major oil manufacturers.
Colored coolants are becoming popular so the consumer has to purchase that same fluid or risk having their coolant turn brown when mixed with other colors (expect possibly gold or yellow which mimic the color of the existing fluid).
Topping off at the dealer is a great idea or, if you can get a Product Data Sheet, you could compare to other brands available at local parts houses which may be more convenient and priced better.
Green coolants were popular many years ago but due to the stress on cooling systems, new advanced coolants were produced to handle the heat. Putting green in a newer vehicle would be detrimental to the overall performance of the cooling system.
