Top up Toyota with DXIII?

I have a Toyota Rav4 that requires T-IV. I just replaced the radiator so I need to top up the trans with probably no more than 1/2 a litre. I have some Valvoline DXIII. Will it be OK to use or should I by something that meets T-IV?

For a 1/2L top-off, DexIII will be ok.
