Just some advice to those buying and installing used toilets.
A workmate was renovating a few years back, and kicked the toilet off the grout base to break the seal. Apparently the way most people get them moving.
He cradled the toilet in a hug type lift (no handles), and started carrying it out to the ute to take to the dump.
The toilet broke into three ceramic pieces, all heavy, and all sharp, and fell slid across his forearms, slicing his arteries, and a bunch of nerves in the process. (He said when the blood sprayed rather than dripped, and he was home alone he realised he was in real trouble).
Had microsurgery and rehab, but fortunately no infections.
