Subject says it all, I'm one pound lighter than my license weight from 5 years ago.

I'll try to not hurt my shoulder patting myself on the back

I am 2 lbs heavier than I was 2-13-16. BUT, I was 25 lbs heavier until a few months ago. All I have done to lose it is eat a little less each meal.
Nothing drastic.

You must have cut your toe nails

On my recent workplace driver's physical I am now 2 inches shorter than just 2 years ago!

EVERYTHING is shrinking. My coworker claims that your ears and nose continue to grow bigger in old age.

I wish I weighed what it says on my license from when I was 16!

They put a lower weight on there, they also put 5'7" even though I'm 6'1" and they also put hazel eyes when I have brown eyes. Clearly they mixed someone else's paperwork. I didn't notice until a week or so afterwards, they said too bad, I'd have to come get a new one. I haven't wanted to deal with it so it's been like that for 8 years

That's probably not going to happen as my chest is 8-10" larger than it was at 16.

But if I can get down to what I weighed when I got out of the Army, which is about 19-24 pounds away, I would be happy.

5'11" and 195-200# would be great.

Started at over 265 this time, and the T2D concern has me paying attention to what's on the end of my fork.

Can't outrun or outwork your fork.

I was working out 4-6 days each week and still got that heavy, by not paying attention to the fuel side of things.

Well, it wasn't due to a haircut

Yep, after a few weeks of going back and forth between 225 and 230, I dropped to 219 last week.

See above for starting figures.

Congrats! It should help your health quite a bit.
I actually had someone question whether the ID was actually mine just before taking the GRE. The woman asked if I actually weighed 128 lbs. still. I laughed. Apparently no. Ironically, she looked like she could have ate me for lunch.

Drop 3-4lbs per month and stay on that diet for a year.
Then it's worthwhile and satisfying.

In all honesty, since leaving HS my weight has been roughly 25 pounds LESS than I was in the 5th and 6th grades.
true story

Since I was 6'2" and 130lb at 17.. I doubt that ever happens again.
I wouldnt mind dropping 10-15lb or converting it to some muscle though.
