to be a grandpa

my son just left for Army basic training. his wife is about to have a baby, any day now. guess who gets to help wife. when he comes back i am going to kick his back side.

Just like being an uncle (read: me) I get to play and take my niece out for fun activities then give her back at the end of the day! Wooot

you got a good point. i know i will know my grand daughter will be the smartest kid. but something tells me she might not like drag racing. iam watching NHRA right now. sunday 6:50 pm. i have so many story's about going the drag races in Tulsa in the late 60s. the thing is me and my dad had the best times a guy and a dad can have. i have to stop or ill start crying.
