Tire options. What would you go for?

I really like the General AS-05, The AS-07 just came out.--
The AS-07 are undoubtably the best value.. or go with the continential dws06 plus.

The michelin PILOT SPORT ALL SEASON 4 are good too but not better.

My vote would be for the DWS06. I had a set on my SL550, and loved the way they handled and gripped.

2021 WRX. I have the Firehawk as v2. No complaints except they wear super fast! Probably won't last long past 20-25k.

The 2 best and top rated are Pilot Sport All Season 4 and Conti DWS 06+. I run these 2 on 4 of our cars. I've had the Neogen and Gmax..not even close.

Good all season traction is important. I live in Missouri. I like good rain traction and reasonably decent snow traction. We don't typically see a ton of snow but I do definitely care about decent all season traction. Low noise is good. Don't care much about price. I don't track the car. I'd like decent longevity but performance is important as well. I'd like a well rounded tire good for all seasons and reasonable road manners.

I've had the DWS06 and G-MAX AS-05 (predecessor to -07) and loved both of those tires. I think the Generals are a great price/performance combo. For what it's worth, I'm at about 35k over 6 years on the AS-05s and that's with semi-spirited Saab driving. I think I'm right around 4/32 left. Very quiet until these last few months, great wet traction, which is what I prioritize in my region (lots of heavy rain, pooling water on roads). The tires look pretty good for being 6 years old but I'm planning to get the -07s or the Kumho Ecsta PA51 in the spring, depending on whatever deals are available. I'd love to get the DWSs again but I can't really justify the extra cost.

Michelin or Continental.
Bridgestone is another option.

I have DWS06+ on BMW during summer/fall/late spring, and they are excellent except bit soft sidewalls. It would give a bit of an advantage to Michelin BCS. of that reason.
Many of those tires on your list don't belong in the same sentence with Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, and Bridgestone.

I'd go with the Continental or Pirelli in your list. Had the Michelin AS4's, wore ridiculously fast on my car and were not superior to the Pirellis I currently have.

For my truck (GMT900) I got General Grabbers. They were on the truck when it was new and the tires rode nice, got decent traction and lasted 40,000 miles. Only difference was these Grabbers are made in USA and the stock ones were MX.

If you drive in any competitions the A/S tires will really frustrate you.

Used Michelin Pilot Sports on my 09, replacing Continentals.

If you go for Michelin, check out Costco. Michelin PS4's for the WRX with 17"s are 216.99 and the 18"s are 227.99. No charge mount and balance but add any state tire fees and sales tax depending where you live.

This may not be important to you, but Costco doesn't provide RoadForce balancing. Or at least I'm pretty sure about that.

I’m a Continental convert from Michelin. I’ve got them on 2 of my 3 vehicles and feel like you get Michelin quality for less. I also have a set of Bridgestones on my personal car that were cheap, but are actually quite good so far.
