Thread for photos that 100% do not violate any Terms Of Service, not political, not too lewd, no gas price pics etc.

Driving north from Mill Valley on HWY 1 you can see Muir Beach/Pirate's Cove in the distance. Muir Woods National Park with many giant coastal redwoods is nearby.

A few minutes later, making our way toward Stinson Beach.

It's best to eat most carbs rather in one sitting than spread out over several meals. As always I had the Margherita with prosciutto in Point Reyes Station.

California takes a lot of "stick" from the other 49, but your pictures say a lot.

Just a random photo here.

I feel a little bit like I'm working for the California Office of Tourism! 🤣
I've been accused of the same thing, especially with our beautiful Central Coast Wine Country. I've posted this picture before. I'm on this very section of road on my bicycle within 90 seconds of leaving our house. I can ride for 3 or 4 hours in those hills and not see more than a dozen cars the whole time. Of course I am biased, but there are few places on the planet prettier and more livable than this. That's our "neighborhood winery", Venteux Vineyards.

You are not sponsored by various vineyards? That's a missed opportunity. 😄 I love living in the dystopian wastelands of California. I may have to get a Ford Falcon XB GT "Interceptor" sometime soon.

Me and my dads curb find before the truck comes tomorrow to haul it away. Old Montgomery Ward tiller. We seen it earlier up one of our streets, we have people that ride around in trucks weekly looking for this stuff I’m surprised they didn’t snag this probably because it’s so darn heavy. Neighbor husband passed last year so I imagine that’s why she sat it out there. Me and my dad both agree nothing else from the curb but this was an exception. No telling what this thing is worth. It also was kept in a garage at least for most of its life despite it may not look like it. I’m going to guess 1970s on this for the time period. Such a cool thing to have.

Non-political lunch picture. Well, the fish haters won't like it.

Bacon-wrapped smoked trout with one sliced gold potato fried together with chopped onion, and creamed eggs. I also had a large kale and spinach salad.

Had that kind of egg my whole life and didn't know it was called creamed egg, I though it was just scrambled egg.

Note to self: Always buy the corrosion resistant rotors. Even in Phoenix.

I put these on less than 6 months ago. For the front I got corrosion resistant. The rears were normal rotors. Both Raybestos.

I almost bought the cheap stuff for my wife, then I though she's going to complain for another 10 years just so I could save $40 on each axle. Not worth it.

For my car with steelie and hub cap, cheap stuff all the way.

Some of the US nuke names are really quite striking, either through creativity or just because the place their were built also had a really neat name, this would be one of those. Ours are all named after their location, but none of them are funky like some of the US ones!
I once told my friend I worked next to the Watermelon National Lab they got confused, then I told them it was Sandia National Lab and they started laughing.

Scrambled eggs are made with eggs and butter and whisked with a whisk to incorporate air. Creamed eggs are made with eggs and cream. You must not stir too much air in so you don't use a whisk but a fork for whipping the mixture. Creamed eggs are French-style scrambled eggs. They are soft and not overcooked.
