Ah yes my favorite section of the store lol. Food Lion in my hometown has a lot better beer selection than the one in my work town. Don’t worry only looking not buying lol. I have better things to spend money on but do love me some Yuengling occasionally.

Progress pictures on my first base mitt. I think the blue laces are awesome. That is exactly what I wanted. I appreciate this guy spending so much time on it. He is finishing details on the web now. The web is tricky because of all the lacing it uses and its pattern. The theme of this glove is the San Diego Padres. My favorite baseball team. He is doing one of my catchers mitts in Milwaukee Brewers colors because that’s my second favorite team and another glove in black and the antique glove I posted a few weeks ago I had done in tan. I really appreciate this person’s attention to detail as well. This glove was filthy when it came apart. We estimate it to be from the 1970s. It’s a Rawlings Boog Powell model. I guess I should have gotten Orioles orange or Indians red and blue or Dodgers blue as those are the teams he played for but this Sapphire Blue looks so good. I will post pictures when it’s done too along with the other ones as well. I sent off 4 of them. All work and picture credit to a member on Garage Journal.
