Visiting Pittsburgh, believe it or not these pictures were taken this weekend.

Relics of a different but potentially better time. I recall the days of SROs and these pics remind me of them

U90 recall on my Chrysler.
Exhaust manifold / Catalytic converter (all one unit), and both O2 sensors replaced with new ones and the latest software updates. The recall is due to emissions and I almost skipped it since I’m not in a state that tests such things, but I thought that I would go ahead and get a new cat and O2 sensors out of it.
It still runs great and shifts perfectly fine after the work,…but…..
Can you spot what’s wrong here?

Was that nut forced on? Awful shiny threads.

Was that nut forced on? Awful shiny threads.

That part looked fine up close, it didn’t seem to be cross threaded. The bolt head that’s supposed to be directly below it is broken off. There’s also one dead center, top row that’s missing as well, it’s hidden under the heat shield.
They had to order some new bolts and they’re going to fix it this week. He stated that they’ve broken bolts on every U90 recall that they’ve done. I said, “That would be a good reason to have some on hand.” 🙄
Oh well, it’s not the end of the world.

Where they come up with ideas like these is beyond me

And. Spartacus, the "fat little bird," 🦜 passed away this morning. He was a bad Bird Dad (he didn't feed the baby bird he helped make and that bird passed away too) but now he's in the afterworld. R.I.P. Spartacus a.k.a. Spartacus The Penguin in his last few weeks (he was so fat he couldn't fly. Probably Fatty Liver disease but. Not definitive.)

He passed in his cage of natural causes.

Goldie is in her "prayer pose" (she lays more sideways but there was a blanket/pillow there) and Snowflake is doing pretty well.

We don't have a full concensus on what we think these 3 cars are.

The near car is 99 44/100 certain a T-Bird. The far car isn't however the nose mimics an Avanti to me. The center a later 50's big car with missiles or whatever you want to call them on the hood which narrows but doesn't isolate it.
I kind of think it's a Chevy Bel Air?

(First pic I found, not claiming them to be the best.)

Casper says hi. He thinks he is a model.

Lambo SE30 Jota
This is a rare Lambo with less than 20 originally factory-made + a few that were modified to Jota specs. Image compliments of John Temerian. I'd never seen this model before today and I think it's the most beautiful Lambo I've ever seen. This one was the very first one brought into the US.

I had to look it up. It's a RWD Diablo with 595HP, which was a pretty decent upgrade (power-wise) over the stock N/A V12. According to Top Gear, they made 150 SE30 RWD Diablos, and of those 150, 28 of them were converted to Jota spec.

Not as rare as the VTTT of course, but pretty rare!

Hate those things.
Had a big one fly straight for my face once when on a riding mower. Jumped off the mower, ran and screamed like a little girl. But, I mean, you know, who wouldn't have? 🏃
Yeah they get on my shoulders usually while mowing...
This one is still on my door. I guess he knows bad weather is coming.
Your post reminds me of my last chiropractor visit. Blew out my back and the doc puts me on the spine machine to get me aligned.
So he puts me on it at a gradual pace that speeds up and it was okay until it hit the lower three vertabraes and it hurt like all heck.
The door is closed and I can't even get up. He comes back twenty minutes later and asked how I was doing....
I told him I was crying like a school girl... Didn't you hear me?
He bust out laughing..
