Sorry, if I'm a bit slow in understanding this. Does this mean QS Synthetic and Pennzoil Synthetic are the same?

Sorry-- I guess I'm not as good at reading datasheets as I thought. Is it group III or IV? Homopolymer sounds group fourish to me.

They are not the same. Completely different additive package. Both have a Group III base stock made by Shell, but not the XHVI that some refer to.

Thanks for the info. I'm surprised that a MSDS datasheet update isn't necessary when basestocks are changed. Apparently the people on these boards are the only ones who care--even including the feds.
