For that kind of money it better come with the deluxe winter/breeder package. Snow tires, roof tires, under trailer kennel. Are trailer houses still a depreciating asset for banks?

One not far from here, maybe 30 years old, $72,000!

I was looking into modulars and I don't see the value there either. Pricing from the top makers cost more per sq. ft. than a stick built home.
It seems they think the quicker build time is worth a hefty premium.
