Welppppppppppppppp I was busy Thursday night spending 2 1/2 hours @ a "closing store" 🥱😉😁



No M1 truck SUV its pretty much ALL gone in DFW area lol :ROFLMAO: ;)



Carquest 10W30 was .81 cents a qt they had 15 (12-1qt) cases!!

And this was just half of it !!! They had 5 CASES of the old carquest oil 5W30 and 5W20 clearance sweep from 3 years ago!!! @ $.81 cents each!!

A new crazy story for my personal clearance adventures!! :cool::ROFLMAO:

I had so much oil in my suburban I actually popped a Newish Goodyear wrangler ATS tire !!!

North Texas tollway authority roadside saved my ass and swapped out my spare for free and I didn't have to waste one of my AAA calls 😎🫡



Gonna take me a hour or so later today to organize my 'loot" of the night 🥴

I picked up 4 gallons for the 2000 PSD and my dates were 11/0/2017. Should I return it? I’ve ran some clearance oil that was older, but this would be the oldest I’ve used I believe.

Last night In Texas I bought $400 worth of clearance oil at closing store and it was still 30% yesterday?? No price changes so far

I'd like to know also. Years back I cleaned out a lot of clearance oil at Autozone, a lot of it sat at least several years before I could use it all.

Some if it I had UOAs done, nothing unusual and the oil worked just like the full priced (new) ones you buy right off the shelf.

I'm contemplating a run to Advance Auto to pick up the 4 gallons they have @ $12.95 a gallon. I can use it in my older vehicles and OPE.
 
I walked into the store nearest me and couldn't find it on the shelf. I went home and ordered it online; that same store I was able to purchase 3 gallons @ $12.95 each, and received the awaiting pickup E-mail.

I ordered another 4 gallons (all they had) from another store nearby and it was $8.95 each. Still waiting for the "order ready" notification.
 
While picking up other parts it's ringing up $9.XX at closing store near me ??

I'm holding off for it to go down more 😎 (y)
