But AAP is excluded, along with every other place you would buy oil, except perhaps tractor supply.

I've wondered if I could use my small business to purchase it from Advance, and then cut a receipt to sell it to myself. Am I now a qualifying retailer? I'm not on the excluded list, so I count, right?

I have an EIN and a tax id. Boom.

Fall15 gets 15% off, $100 minimum. So 8 gallons, delivered to your door is $88.06 plus tax. That's still $2.75 a quart for full syn, SN+, 5w-40. Makes a great stocking stuffer. Get your Christmas shopping done. I'm going to give it out for halloween.

I think it was around $13. Website shows $20 but in store was reduced.

At my local AAP, sales guy today said tomorrow 9-28-2024 they are having a "bucket sale". Anything that will fit in one of their 5 gallon buckets is 15% off. I'll probably pass. Probably.

Seems like Fram was a former Amalie like oil. My feeling is that the ops deal is a better oil for a sludge machine

Went to three stores in the Parkersburg WV, bought a handful of items at one of them. One employee told me that they were given a 40% discount starting Monday, which wiped out their inventory.

yes...the guy at one store recognizes me now and he was the one who suggested both him scanning and he did some kind of manual search through his system...he keeps mentioning that the DieHard tools are clearance priced but the oil at his store hasn't really changed price (the 5W-30 hasn't while the 5W-20 has though)...his suggestion was to keep checking back and he apologized that the price hadn't changed...

Their Rotella T6 is currently on sale to a reasonable price in the 2.5 gal size. I’m pretty sure I could fit one of those in a 5 gal pail.
