last i checked it was SN. if my honda keeps drinking oil it will be running on this stuff for the rest of its life.
If your car is drinking oil, it's better to use a cheaper oil versus a more expensive oil.
At $2.57 a quart, does this qualify as cheaper?

i paid ~$1.50/quart. hard to beat for a very stout oil.
Counting speedperks certs as additional discount is cheating. I could say I got 30gallons of gas for 2$ but I used REWARDS for that price just like you did on this oil.

Scooped up 12 . Be handy at the shop
Amongst the 13 bottles I picked up this afternoon, three different bottling variations. SN, SN+ with one handle, and SN+ with two handles. One of the SN bottles has a 2017 date code. The newest I spotted is late 2022. AAP is clearing out some old stock but strangely the stores I went to had mixed inventory.
Is the oldest vintage (SN, no plus) old enough to be higher zinc, higher phosphorous? Apparently that answer is no. (CJ-4 would be the treasure trove.)

Might be worth resampling for another VOA, just posted a UOA with the 15w40 XSP variant and it has higher zinc and phosphorus.
Early 2024 I repowered a BX2350 with a D722 instead of a D902. The replacement engine had approximately 550 hours in a Bobcat of some sort. Another D902 was simply out of my budget. It has been doing great this year with mostly landscape tasks. This UOA has 25 hours with Delo XSP 15w40. It could have obviously gone longer, this was a baseline health check. Supertech 15w40 conventional went back in.
Thanks for the heads up. Found a ton of stuff at my local store on clearance. A few items were down to $.04. I’ve made a few posts in the new tool thread documenting the prices that I paid. I may never need some of it or I may end up using it tomorrow. The prices were so good I feel good about having some odd and end items in my toolbox just in case.

Delo insists it’s not the size of the P, it’s how you use it.
