Costco had the new Bolt parked at the store entrance. It's bigger and I'm sure has better electrics starting with the battery. While not for me, I'm sure this EV will sell very well and owners will love 'em. Under $27 large for this one... Plus the governor's tax, of course... And registration. And road use.

Wonder if I could get it sideways....

Front and back look pretty good, but the side profile seems very generic.

C&D ranked it best in electric subcompact SUV category, ahead of Nissan Leaf and Volvo EX30.

It's not selling well at all. One simple reason... for just a few grand more you can get the bigger, more comfortable Equinox EV, also brand new. Otherwise the new Bolt is great.
My neighbors just got a gorgeous Lex RZ350e Premium FWD for $37K. The refresh makes it a better EV, rated at 300 mile range. A freakin' steal for such a beautiful ride.

In my personal experience, buying a vehicle at Costco is no "bargain". It's all smoke, mirrors, red-tape; i.e. show my stupid Costco card at the Dealership before they show you the Top Super Duper, Dean Wormer Double Secret Probation Costco price, yada, yada.

I went to my local Toyota dealer and negotiated a better price and drove my Tacoma home.

In many cases, this is true. People like the Costco sales model, because they don't trust or like dealerships. Depending on a vehicle's demand, Costco can be beat. My neighbor's across the street beat Costco on a Honda CR-V EXL. A few phone calls and/or emails can net you a sweet deal.

it’s not bigger than the old Bolt EUV
Good deal for $26,000 and change if you want a small EV !

Any serious shopper can easily beat the Costco price.
For around twenty six grand, this little guy would be a very capable steal.
