Silly header, but appropriate, I suppose?

Saw that mid-'60s Fiat Nuova 500 yesterday. Then on the way home I saw a nice sunset.

Ooooo - Ahhhhh...

Every time I see street lights prominent like that I think of the old 50's movie "War of the Worlds".

That happens to me when I see a looming water tower. I once saw one that had not only headlights painted on it, but there was also a "trunk" or a proboscis, an accordion hose, dangling from it.

Sweet photos mori,
as opposed the the [censored] valencia that I had at lunch today. Dry, pithy, and thick skinned it was...and it was local.

Had a great skin colour transition that was appreciated as I was peeling.

I like the red light and the brake light photo.

Our navel oranges are getting dry now.

Did you see the "photo enforced" sign above the red light? That's one dangerous intersection. Last year, after yet another dead pedestrian, they put up red light cameras. I see the strove go off all the time. I'm not sure what the minimum fine is, but I think it's at least $250.

Hopefully British Racing Green or red not orange!

I see those cars once in a while, they can fit just about any parking spot. No front license plate?

Everything in the sunset pictures blends in. I noticed that in the 1st picture with the street lamps, some of them are not turned on yet. I've been trying to take a picture of the same location at different times of the day to see the day to night transition.

I guess they let him get away without a front plate. Since the vehicle sticks out like a sore thumb it really wouldn't need a plate as an identifying mark! There are probably around five Fiat 500 in the city that I see regularly, but there's only one in orange.

I have been wanting to go to a micro car concourse for years, but I always miss them!

A series of time lapse pictures at the 19th Ave and Sloat intersection would be interesting.
