It's kind sad because it initially turned me off from the cars and FSD, but even with that it is way beyond what anyone else has accomplished.

That “autonomous delivery” was now over one year ago. Where are all the autonomous deliveries since then?

I think last week I finally see the Robotaxi in person on the street. Just one, like the one in the first post's photo.

Currently I think Tesla is finally backtracking their initial plan to sell FSD to new buyer because they finally realize it can either tie up their hands improving the hardware / FSD to be backward compatible with older one, hence they can't sell it outright, or they can be liable for wrongly advertise what they sold if they suddenly stop supporting it due to needing upgrade. You won't get that problem with a lease or rental deal.

I can't blame them, they still have backup drivers in those cars for Robotaxi whereas Lidar based Waymo have no human driver for more than a year running fine now (other than the construction site problem they are fixing). They are focusing more on the Robotaxi service than selling you a self driving car.
