Whats funny is how this has turned into one big manhood measuring contest. Who cares. Some like the M3, some like the Tesla. At the end of the day you get to choose what you like/want for whatever reason. Thats the joy of having so many different options for a car. Yeah, EVs are making inroads on the sacred ground of some legendary ICE benchmarks, but is that so unexpected? And again, who cares? Ya like the Tesla? Get ya a Tesla. Ya like the BMW? Get ya a BMW. Sheesh. We can ALL play nice in the sandbox.

Maybe one day. But right now, I prefer to pull into a gas station when I'm low on fuel.
That's what changed it for me. That and I got sick of huffing exhaust fumes while my car was warming up and I was putting stuff in the hatch. It's not for everybody, but when I realized I don't need to stop and pump gas going back and forth to work I was all in. It costs more money and was an additional stop. Of course that's only if it fits your needs.

Well if you've seen how much I've lambasted the Cybertruck and they didn't do crap like that on the cars if you took 5 seconds to look, but all you want to do is focus on the slapped together Cybertruck that is getting the exact result they wanted to get. Throw in some intelligent design and then throw it all against the wall when the Cybertruck came out.
Should we do the greatest hits of BMW's muck ups or are you going to continue on the upper control arms of the Cybertruck because you've got nothing else?
This an oil site, IMO it was a big mistake putting ev's on here, they should have made an ev site like they did for rv's they you guys could blow smoke up each others backsides and post picture of mundane compact cars all day with nobody chiming in. I think you guys like trolling others with this crap and I would bet no one from here would even go to that site because there would be no reaction and no one to feign your outrage to. It is not only Cybertruck. Control arms on Model 3 etc are literally breaking in half. Just ask @Trav .
Tesla was ALWAYS a vehicle far cheaper made than any BMW, MB, Audi, Lexus, etc. Now, they did have high prices before, but that is also an example of "as long as there is sheep, there will be wool."
BMW M3 price was always in that range over regular models. The thing is, the rest of the cars got super expensive, too.
Where else would you all vent your hatred of EVs despite facts existing?

BMW's were always more expensive. Tesla is an appliance. BMW is not.
You are fishing in the wrong department. What you need to compare to is, Accord, Camry.
