Have you driven in snow over the level of the bumper?

I’ll need both. I don’t get the option of waiting for the roads to be plowed.
Really?
If one is buying M3, I bet there is another vehicle in garage.
How many snow days above bumper you guys have?

You’ve got to be kidding me. All you’re proving is why I daily a Tesla and not an M3. M3 is supposed to be the ultimate daily, yet I shouldn’t daily it.

All it takes is 2 over the bumper in 30 days that means me not making it to work on a 2 hour call to lose my job. It doesn’t matter if it’s a white out snow storm. I have to respond.

The M3 in RWD form wouldn’t work as the only daily and I have no desire to have multiple cars. That’s a waste of money. The GTI barely made it a couple of times. I was an hour late once.

M3 is the ultimate daily though as long as the weather is perfect and you ignore all of its flaws. I’m not sure who hurt you, but it’s fine to take a breather and realize all isn’t what you think it is. You’re defending a car even you admit isn’t the one you’d choose. Is it a sport for you?

Bumper level snow? Are there ANY 4WD manual transmission performance cars? Porsche maybe? For snow like that you need to row those gears in a Tacoma and buy the M2 for the rest of the year.

Right now, Subaru is the only one. As far as I know, VW dropped the Golf R manual, and BMW discontinued manuals in the 3 Series.
I got this BMW AWD and manual because I ski twice a week. If I lived in flat states, I would go with RWD all the time, regardless of snow. But navigating various passes, etc., is easier with AWD, and you can still have fun driving a car in the snow. When things get really deep, I have Tiguan. That thing is unmatched in snow. Actually, far better than Sequoia.
