Suspension work doesn't involve a wrench, you just cut/snap bolts off.

Plow trucks are the worst

After a few years of salt, the bolt heads don't even look like bolts anymore, just round lumps of rust.
 
I saw a late 90's Dodge Ram and you could stick a screw driver with a bit of effort threw parts of the frame. The rear shocks literally rusted in half.

Truck ran but it was junk, not worth fixing if anything broke on it.
