New control arm bushing failure after less than a year

@edyvw are you talking about rubber parts or general metal parts? These control arms have hydraulic bushings, and folks over in MB realm have had only issues with Febi and other rubber parts that are non genuine. Multiple folks with Febi failures on rubber.

I am sure some normal parts, made in China are fine, but not for rubber (e.g flex disks. You want SGF made in Germany)
I am talking about bushings, hydraulic bushings. I never had issues with Lemforder. FEBI did not try to buy at all, tried Meyle HD once because they are solid rubber with a larger steel insert (for track purposes), and lasted 8,000 miles. I have TRW wishbone arms in the back from M3. TRW is OEM for M3, and they are not showing any issues 50,000mls in. I would not use TRW on control arms as those are Lemforder. Generally, if I go aftermarket for control arms and wishbones, I stick to OEM or OE. FEBI is not OEM on any vehicle.
I generally don't pay attention to where parts are made as long as it is a reputable supplier, and I don't consider FEBI as reputable. I had ATE rotors made in China, did 38,000mls on them, including 5-6,000mls of track time, never had issues. Did Brembo conversion so got rid of them.

I have a very bad experience with Lemforder unfortunately. Installed an engine mount that broke when i put the transmission in reverse in my previous Benz. Replaced with OE and everything was fine.
I have Lemforder mounts now, on stick shift, that I track. No issues whatsoever.

In my case it was the passenger side hydraulic mount and the car was a 1997 C250 Turbodiesel manual.
They are, as far as I know, hydraulic on BMW too.
I mean, you can always have a bad apple. As far as I know, Lemforder is OEM on MB too. They are not going to differ a lot.
My wishbones on TRW had scratched M3 logos, which means they are coming from the same production line.

I always wondered if it's necessarily a good thing or not. Maybe those parts were sold as TRW because they didn't pass BMW's QC? Just a theory I had with a friend. I've heard about SKF flex discs with scratched a Mercedes logo being sometimes slightly out of balance.
