Hoping I can get 411k out of my Integra. I think the rust will take it first...

411k is very good for head gasket, mine was replaced at 190k due to overheat (worn cooling fan relay) and some of my stupidity of adding cold coolant into a "hot" engine, the head warped.
91 at 411k, just add bar stop leak and top off until it rust away or cannot pass inspection / emission. You got your money worth, over many times, around the globe.
Mine's at 247k and I hope it will last that long.

My engine is on its second head gasket. The first one failed around 200K, so this one has about 211K on it.

Yes, my odometer did once show 50,000 miles. I vaguely remember that. I think a guy named "Bill" was president back in those olden times...

I'm in a similar position as you. My old Honda doesn't fit my life very well, but I refuse to send it too the crusher or sell it to some fool who will run it out of oil. I have too many years and memories with the car. Can you keep it and get a new vehicle? I find it very convenient to have the old Honda when I go somewhere where a dent or scratch is likely.

Nothing. Ain't worth fixing. If I was retired and had a garage, I'd go ahead and have fun replacing the head gasket and keep the beast going for a while longer. But at my time and position in life, I can't do that.

But how do you know if the head is warped or not? and if it is, you'll have to machine it and could take a few days / additional transit, a luxury to a lot of people.
