The Backyard Blender, took the show on the road. The Pitch Men struck out here so maybe they moved to another site. I miss the entertainment!

I think this may well be an indication that some of these oil supplements are nothing but a backyard or back garage operation. I am not saying that is a fact yet for Synlube but Audi Junkie said that he used Google Maps and could not find a lubrication business where this Synlube is supposed to be located. I wish I had thought of that!
Now some are not back alley operations. For example we know that MMO is legit and has been around for a long time. And Lubro-Moly I feel certain is legit. But a lot of these operations may well be just a back alley deal.

Heck, if the State of Nevada has permanently revoked the business license of Synlube maybe the State of Nevada needs to be informed that this business is operating apparently illegally in Nevada. So what would Synlube do then-pack up and move to another state?

It is common for small businesses to use a commercial mail service box number and make it look like a suite or address. I don't know if that's what Synlube is doing and it isn't necessarily bad, just a little deceptive if they are.
I'm not sticking up for them, just adding some more information. You can also search for Kefurt and get a bunch of hits on BITOG.

Miro Kefurt had some pretty rational things to say about electric cars, although they were slanted to favor his simple lead acid approach.

No 'mogs ..no above wheel bed pickups ..no cab overs ..no skinny tall tir..tyres with real lugs ..
The electric car site did seem rather sensible. The problem would probably be replacement parts which would either have to be self engineered or purchased from the OEM. Adapt a Ford Festiva chassis and he could sell franchises.

It could be that Miro does the formulations at his house and has the blending done at another location by a blending house contracted to him.
I don't know this for a fact but that is how it could be done.
