Heck, if the State of Nevada has permanently revoked the business license of Synlube maybe the State of Nevada needs to be informed that this business is operating apparently illegally in Nevada. So what would Synlube do then-pack up and move to another state?
Mystic, Good info from the BBB. I won't comment on the credibility of his business, but here is little more info I found. The following business link has the same phone number as Synlube but in a different location.

The other interesting bit is that there is a "Mail Depot" at the 2961 Industrial Road #300
Las Vegas, NV 89109-1134
address that Synlube gives out. #300 might just be a mail box at Mail Depot.
The two links on Miro Kerfot's LinkedIn page also go to Synlube and OkaAuto

It is common for small businesses to use a commercial mail service box number and make it look like a suite or address. I don't know if that's what Synlube is doing and it isn't necessarily bad, just a little deceptive if they are.
I'm not sticking up for them, just adding some more information. You can also search for Kefurt and get a bunch of hits on BITOG.
