TCW3 and fuel filter

I have used TCW3 added to my gasoline in the past and know others here have done so as well. After changing my fuel filter this thought occurred to me: Does TCW3 coat the fuel filter and restrict fuel flow?". Your thoughts please.

No, it dissolves in the fuel and passes through the fuel filter leaving no trace. I've used it for a long time in my Cummins and have no evidence that it's leaving anything in the element. I have cut several fuel filters open after 15000 miles and look very good.

I tried TCW3 for awhile in two cars and was careful about measurements, etc., but I don't think it is worth it in standard automotive or motorcycle applications. Possibly with diesels. Maybe it was just a coincidence but when I was running TCW3 I had to do O2 sensors on both cars using it, I had to clean the throttle bodies more often, and I lost the cats on both cars. Since I have stopped it has been many years and no further cleaning or problems.

My boat's filter isn't gummed up with TCW3, and that is a higher percentage in the mix (50-1).

I used to filter the fuel oil mix with a dracon cloth for my rainbow (quicksilver 1st gen style) utralight, using conventional 2T added to the 25L gas at 50 to 1 ratio. That was about 500ml of two sroke oil. It used to give a little red grease, like a full table spoon, specially in cool weather (below 15C) over the filter cloth passage. I Didn't like that thicker component getting separated from the final mix, so I stopped doing the filtration.
