I'm running TC-W3 in both my personal cars, and noticed a faint trail of blue smoke at WOT - e.g. if I've got cruise control engaged at 50 MPH on the highway then floor the accelerator, I notice some faint blue smoke in the rearview mirror. Didn't notice it with the Montero, but more on the Grand Marquis. Goes away if I do not add TC-W3 to the fuel.

As for dosage, the Montero's works out to 147 ml per tank, whereas it's ~126 ml or somewhere thereabouts for the Grand Marquis. I just standardise the dose to 150 ml for each (prepare bottles before hand ready to fuel up). For the sake of experimenting, I increased the dose on the Montero by an additional 20% and observed the same results. Drop it back down to 150 ml and it goes away.

There is no reduction in the oil level in either car and compression is excellent in both.

So it's definitely the TC-W3 (goes away completely if not added to the fuel, especially on the second tank). Just wondering if anybody else has any similar observations.

I'm using it as an UCL more than anything, but it's ability to keep things clean is also an added advantage. Will have to post some pictures of the valves on my Mitsu 6G72 - they came out spotless without using any cleaners, etc. in the fuel. Been using it regularly since.

Had same smoke effect at WOT with about 3-4 oz's to 10 gallons in my 2001 Corrola.
2 oz's per 10 gallons is probably just right.
