Taxi Beads - help or hype?

I recommend getting some real sheepskin seat covers. Not the cheap fake ones from EvilMart or SchlepBoys; they'd probably shed faster than my part-Persian cat in the summer.

Real sheepskins look good, fit right, provide cushioning, and they have no temperature. By which I mean, they are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. (Mother Nature knew something when she gave sheep their coats.) And they protect your seats from sunlight and wear, too.

Funny thing, I kinda liked those once or twice I sat on them. I imagine good for commute, scary for F1 street driving!

Have them on the truck seat right now, for long trips they do help and the seat is more comfortable, less fatigue. For the price they are decent as seat aids.

No, doesn't vibrate, no batterries or power jacks, which is a plus.
But I do have another seat cushion thingy that does plug in to the lighter/power adapter that does massage while you drive.

Difference between $15 and $50...

I have used them, and find them to be fairly comfortable. It depends on the factory seat in the car whether it's more comfortable or not. One definite plus is that it allows air to circulate. Keeps cooler and drier. But I found that they are a pain to keep in place.

I'll bet my seats look like new, under my genuine fleece seatcovers. Comfortable for the last 200k miles and appear able to handle another 200k.

First time I ever tried masseure sandals, I thought thy hurt and were uncomfortable...then I loved them.

I don't know if I'd like the accent that the beaded seat covers would give me (or the mixed accents)
