Crude oil supply to resume soon?

So- it looks like the taps have been opened up again. Yes, it'll take a bit of time for the flow to "return to normal" but it looks like a little patience and avoiding panicking is back on board.

At least one lingering issue is that Shell's Pearl GTL plant was heavily damaged in March, stopped production and wont resume operation until some point next year at best.
