Does anyone here know if there's a a Supertech oil filter with the same specs as the ST10060 but a vertical height around 4" give or take? Ideally, with a bypass of about 18-26 PSI. Also, it looks like these have an efficiency rating of 99% at around 30 microns. Does that sound about right?

Thank you! It appears that MP10575 might've been superseded by ST10060, so I wasn't sure if that was an option. The PH10063 is a bit too tall for my application due to vertical mount, but I appreciate it.

I don’t think that is correct. But big assumptions on my part: some xx10060 filters may have been replaced by xx12060. I had a Walmart mistakenly install Fram PH12060 on my Ford Ecoboost 3.5, but got it replaced (free) with a Supertech MP10575. The 12060 is shorter, fatter, and has a “wider” gasket. While I wish I had a Fram XG10575, I believe the Supertech MP10575 is OK; even Fram PH10575 would have been more appropriate than the PH12060. So, maybe you can see what a stretch this post was, but IMHO xx10060 and xx12060 are for several GM vehicles whereas xx10575 are for certain Fords (especially 3.5 EB).

Oh, and the Supertech MP line is definitely better than the ST line.

OK, who knows, I don’t. Except, this MP has metal endcaps, and a lot of media (if I recall, 150 sq in?) per Whip City Wrencher…probably why/how they justify 20k mile claim. Oh, and yes silicone ADBV.

I don’t think I’ve seen that much media in any other filter this size, but this is from my (faulty) memory.
