T-IV rebottled 3309?

I just purchased 6 quarts of Toyota type T-IV transmission fluid and it came it the same type of bottle than the old Mobil Drive Clean came in. Could it be that Toyota is just rebottling Mobil 3309? Anyone know anything about this?

3309 is the GM spec, T-IV the Toyota spec, for the same oil - the oil for certain Aisin Warner automatics.

ExxonMobil is an OEM for this oil for some manufacturers.
