are donaldson/amsoil, rp, fram xg, and napa platinum the only filters that actualy use a synthetic filter media?

Fram TG uses synth media as well.
RP filters are full synthetic.I use them right now because of that.

Ac Delco has a small line of full wire backed synthetic filters called UPF,also Fleetguard has there strataPores,Baldwin has there HPG/MPG full syn.

The UPF52 is still available at our local AC Delco warehouse.
