I have a Saab 9.3 2004 and the manual calls for 0W30 fully synthetic oil. This is not the easiest oil to find but 0W20 and 0W40 seem to be readily available. Question - can I mix equal portions of these 2 to replicate 0W30? might be a dumb question. Or do you think I could use OW40 without any issues?

Im a Saab tech and they do list a few different weights of oil for their vehicles. But the oil they endorse is the Mobil 1 0w-40. I can assure you that you will have no issues with this oil if you follow the oil percentage life on the SID, which typically is 8 - 12thousand miles.
