I have a 06 jeep wrangler 4.0, with 5000 miles at 1k I switched to m1.then after reading and searching this site.I changed back to dino@ 4k The first thing I noticed is that it takes longer to get to pressure than with syn.(all oil 10-30) jeep is garaged and it hasn't been super cold. It almost acts just like It had a new oil change(it takes that long to pressure up)Whats worse high fe readings with m1 or faster start up wear with dino?

Well, you didn't mention your used oil analysis with high Fe.. Are you assuming because some others have had high Fe, that you have it also? Also, as wiser heads than I have stated many times, pressure isn't flow. While it hasn't been super-cold in our region (I'm in No. Va.), 5W30 would probably be a better early-morning alternative. We've only seen one morning in the teens this year so far, but surely 5W30 would flow somewhat faster.
I have a feeling folks here would say, regarding startup wear in the teens and twenties, 5W vs. 10W is a more predictive feature of your choice of oil than syn vs. dino in this region and this vehicle. If you HAVE done a used oil analysis and DO have a high fe number however, I would think it would be related way more to break-in than oil choice anyway..
I'd run any dino or any syn in 5W20, 5W30 SM/GF4 in that vehicle and rest easy. Me thinks you're sweatin where sweatin isn't necessary (as we are all wont to do once in awhile).

I haven't done a used oil analysis on this jeep yet,just seemed to me that 10-30 Valvoline was slower to pressure up than 10-30 M1(Sweatin the details,I should take care of me as well as I do the jeep)
Go back to a syn. i would,,maybe a cheaper GPIII like PP or RTS or supertech in a 5w30 too...

So you gotta ask yourself what is better,a 10W30 synthetic or 5W30 conventional. does your manual call for 10W30? If you like synthetics, use GC 0W30. Nice and thick with a 0 rating for the real cold mornings. Or just go back to Mobil 1 10W30. I'd use the GC.

I believe it's made by Warren Performance Products (WPP).
