SUNOCO Ultra F/S Euro 5w40

Can anyone give comment on this oil.
It would mainly be used for older Euro/High mileage vehicles.
It states meets specs but I'm pretty sure it's not a licensed product.

I’m not at all sure what was sour about my response. Isn’t that the same oil?

There isn’t a lot out there about this oil and without any approvals or licenses it’s anyone’s guess.
