suitable coolant for chery A5

I've a chery A5 1.6L, owner's manual doesn't recommend specific coolant. I've googled and choose G11 coolant from wolf lubes. It suppose to last 3-4 years or 60-85k km, which is sooner.
While surfing wolf's site i found a G12 coolant which should last for 4-6 years or 250k km.
My radiator is aluminum and engine is aluminum alloy.
Should i stick to G11 or go for G12?

Look at your coolant recovery tank. It should specify what type of coolant specified by Audi. Don't mix.

The Fiat Linea uses the same 1.6L engine, might want to look into what coolant is specified for that application.

From my understanding, Chinese auto manufacturers such as Chery and Brilliance can be vague as to specific fluid to use. Geely is probably the best of the bunch. Falcon has good advice. Most Chery blueprints are cloned designs or previous generation designs from another manufacturer.

What is paraflu ? Is it a G12 coolant?

He does not have an Audi.

You must flush the cooling system very thoroughly if you wish to change coolant! Mixing different types can cause sludge and block the radiator!

Ethylene Glycol is safest but needs to be changed more frequently, OAT lasts longer but can cause leaks with certain materials.

Similar but not quite. Is there a Fiat or Alfa Romeo dealer in Egypt?

I've downloaded fiat linea owner's manual & i found a totally different recommendations than chery's.
Engine oil & gear oil specifications are far away from chery's.

To fully flush the cooling system you drain, fill with distilled water, run until hot, bleed air bubbles, repeat until you only see perfectly clear distilled water when you drain - might take 5 or 6 cycles..

From what I can see on Google, G12 & G13 are OAT. Regular EG antifreeze is usually blue in the UK..

What is EG?

Almost all coolants actually use ethylene glycol (EG). The OAT and other acronyms are just the type of chemistry for corrosion inhibition. Some other coolants use propylene glycol, but they're not that common.
