I have only run my primacy MXM4's on my Elantra for about 6k. The MXV4's on my van have about 10k on them. I run dedicated snows on the Elantra- so no winter experience.

MXM4's- quiet, grippy and sharp handling/cornering for a touring tire (mine are 45 aspect ratio). They are great in the rain, and for MPG's have been unaffected since changing from the OE LRR Kumho tires.

MXV4's- quiet, soft touring tire very well suited for minivan travel. Great in the rain, more than adequate in the snow, slush and ice last winter. They track well on the highway, and I feel safe having my family in the van.

CS4's- ran them to about 15k (then sold the car). Difficult to balance when new, after the 3rd try (Hunter road force), then nice and smooth. They cornered well, and were great in the snow and rain. Tracked road grooves. Became noisy after 2nd rotation- no alignment issues or funny wear patterns. They just seemed to get hard quick. That was enough to not purchase them again. There are better tires out there for your hard earned $.

I'd find something new with GOOD LRR numbers.. save your tires purchase price in gas money.

I like yokohama tires in general but most of their new tires are inferior in snow traction if thats a consideration (ie you dont run winter snows)
