Substitute vegetable oil for engine oil - video fun

Used dollar general vegetable oil instead of engine oil.
Can this actually be done in all cars,?

Renewable Lubricants Inc. are biobased vegetable motor oils that I have used in 600-800 HP cars. As far as I can tell, the best oils for performance and lowest wear rates. 'Currently running 0W-20 grade RLI in my 600 HP RR Cullinan.
