Wouldn't a phosphate containing OAT be an HOAT?

I wonder if this is, indeed, similar to the toyota formulation. Could it be "red" or "pink", though?

Yes, it could be classed as HOAT since phosphate has a rapid affinity for bare aluminum and protects against corrosion. Phosphated OAT is used by Nissan and Honda, too. Essentially, only the marker dye colors differ. Does anyone know whether a G-70 is marketed in the U.S.?
