Strangest street names?

Skunk’s Misery Road around Sheldon, VT— perhaps it’s famous for roadkill? I didn’t see any there however.

Grandpa‘s Knob in Underhill, VT— I’m guessing it refers to a small hill or something.

East Richford Slide Road in Richford, VT— one of the few places left where the road weaves in and out of Canada without a formal port of entry. There’s some alleged phenomenon where vehicles left in neutral on a hill, just beyond my friend’s house, will then be pulled up the hill. Some sort of gravity anomaly. I’ve never actually seen it happen. Lots of snowmobilers use that area to cut around the residences nearby.

Main Drain Road and Brown Material Road are ones I always remember.

I remember San Pablo has a Dam Road, and on the Dam Road there is a gift shop that is named the Dam Company.

I saw a Yellow Meeting House Rd.. Not really a weird street name, per se I guess, but, boy are we are getting specific lol.

I lived in a city in Texas that had several streets named after gun manufacturers. I remember some of the streets were named Ruger, Winchester, Remington, etc. I also remember the city had trouble keeping their street signs because kids would take them down and nail the signs to their bedroom walls as trophies.

There's a "rhode road" on rt 60 in Florida

Same thing with " High" street.

I spent 6 years off-and-on in Racine, WI, which also has a High Street. The running joke seemed to be that any directions I got to go anywhere always seemed to start with "go down High Street..."

Over by the University campus here in Muncie, there's a ***** street and the next street that runs parallel to it is Dill street
