Strange flight

Sitting on my porch eating breakfast listening to the birds, and the planes coming into Newark Airport. I always check tracking when I hear something big or different. So someone tell me what’s up with United 3867. I looked at all the flights with this number and it’s always a loop around certain airports.

It looks like a flight number they use when they need to test fly an aircraft. Notice the different types from previous flights:

That's what I was thinking. Maybe part of a maintenance service, repair, or inspection.

I saw a flight yesterday with a destination of USA Concord. What a plumb descriptor.
