Bought aerosol two cans of STP Son of a Gun glass cleaner for $2 each on sale.
First time I used it I sprayed it on my windshield glass. In the initial spot where I sprayed the cleaner a hazy cloudy spot formed which I could not wipe off, even after using another brand of glass cleaner. I had to use 0000 fine steel wool to polish the spot out.
A few weeks later I forgot to shake the can or spray some then apply and got the hazy spot again on a different vehicle.
Anyone know why the heck this is happening? I have used various other brands of aerosol glass cleaner without this effect.
