STP S-3614 CUT OPEN

Off a friends BW sedan. Filter was loose, and drain plug appeared to be leaking. Down 1.5 quarts at time of oil change. Installed new drain plug and WIX WL-7503 filter and some 0w30 he supplied.

sounds like it rolled into your shop just in time w/the oil that low. With both the drain plug & filter loose it may of been user error? Unless the last change came from quick lube.. You know how that ends. These ST are solid filters for many applications. They have offered more & more of them over the years it seems too.

Friend had local shop change oil in car. Hard to find good help. And the attitude young folks have or “I don’t care” is what i see all the time.
