If those s16's/PH16's are the filter for a Dodge dart w/318, then that will fit perfectly without rubbing the radiator on the way in/out.

You can go to Amazon Auto Parts online, and if they offer an S16 for the car you enter, it should tell you if it fits. That would be a good starting point to cross reference to other brands.

Dodge doesn't use a shorter filter on a small block V8 than that.

It's only ~4.2" PH16 (51085) compared to the ~5.2" on the PH8A (51515).

Again. Filter pliers might not be a bad investment.

I used the supertech version of this filter for a 10,000 mile oil change in my Volvo 850 turbo. The filter media looked like this one. The only thing I noticed was the adbv didnt work at all. When I changed my oil and turned the filter upside down, the oil ran right out. The filter was empty in only a few seconds.

10,000 miles is a lot for a nitrile type ADBV to hold up.
