Not Mobil, Amalie Oil. If it was at my Autozone I’d try it

I saw this post and held out hope that the Amalie store (amaliestore.com) might now be back.
Alas, no. Their website does say "Coming soon".

Grabbed a quart today with my work account $4.10 ain’t bad. Then ran to post office with virgin sample sent to Donaldsons Lab in Illinois

The shop I work at uses stp oils from AutoZone for all oil changes unless a customer brings in their own oil. No issues and we see these same cars throughout the years for various reasons

That's pretty pricey. Surprised they don't buy bulk oil from a local supplier.

We buy it in the 6 gallon boxes. With all the different viscosity out there buying it by the drum in all the different weights would take up too much room. Each box is around $80-$110

Still though, would think 5W-20 and 5W-30 would the Lions share of vehicles to keep a couple of drums around for and then keep the smaller quantity in the other grades.

I agree. We keep 5w-20 and 5w-30 in conventional and full synthetic. 0w-20 and 0w-16 full synthetic. I wish we only had full synthetic oil as an option. But
